By combining product supply with professional training, we support the sustainable use of medical devices and best practices in care, partnering closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Medical Device Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, building long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, and managing the entire sales cycle for our cutting-edge medical devices and maternal/childcare solutions.

We have active openings in both Abuja and Lagos, and you will be tasked with mapping your designated territory, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning our portfolio as the preferred choice for clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new revenue streams by prospecting hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers within your designated territory (Abuja or Lagos).

  • Client Engagement: Meet regularly with clinical stakeholders (doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers) and procurement decision-makers to understand their clinical workflows and facility needs.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations, clearly explaining the clinical and economic value of our medical equipment.

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.

  • Customer Support & Training Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth order processing, equipment installation, after-sales service, and user training.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather ongoing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing regular sales and forecast reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience (typically 2–4 years) in medical sales, B2B healthcare sales, or the distribution of medical equipment and devices.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health-Related Disciplines, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong proficiency in structured sales processes, from prospecting to closing high-value B2B contracts.

  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical/clinical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

  • Clinical Understanding: Foundational knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and medical procurement processes.

  • Territory Management: Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts across Abuja or Lagos efficiently.

  • Residency: Must currently reside in or be ready to work on-site in either Abuja or Lagos.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary paired with an attractive, performance-based commission structure.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and continuous product/sales training.

  • A collaborative and mission-driven work environment dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery in Nigeria.
