Job Title: Inventory Officer

Department: Operations / Supply Chain

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Ovalium Pulver Limited, an agricultural commodities trading and processing company, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, stock records and warehouse controls.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/inventory management software.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct stock counts, reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

•⁠ ⁠Track inventory by batch/lot number and storage location.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Control and Finance.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper documentation, traceability, warehouse organisation and compliance with inventory control procedures.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or commodity trading preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory or other ERP/inventory management software is strongly preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Good Microsoft Excel, numerical analysis, stock reconciliation and reporting skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
