Job Summary
A reputable skincare and haircare brand is urgently seeking a competent, proactive, and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, coordinate teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth business operations.
Immediate resumption is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Coordinate production, inventory, stock availability, and resource utilisation.
- Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, delivery, and distribution activities.
- Monitor customer service performance and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
- Supervise operational staff, monitor productivity, and ensure task completion and accountability.
- Coordinate distributors, retailers, and field operations to support business growth.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor operational expenses and promote cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate operational records and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
- Implement systems and procedures that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Proven experience in business operations, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple operational functions.
- Good understanding of production, inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and drive results.
- Availability to resume immediately.
