Social Media Manager

HFN Global Investments; a Nigerian real assets and alternative investment company located in Victoria Island Lagos, is hiring a Social Media Manager to launch and own its presence across every channel, and to make a serious investment brand look as good online as it is on site.

What you’ll do

• Own HFN’s channels end to end: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook.
• Design carousels, graphics and infographics yourself, to a high standard.
• Turn footage from our Content Creator into short videos tailored to each platform.
• Plan the monthly content calendar and brief the Content Creator on what to capture.
• Write sharp, credible copy for each platform.
• Run paid campaigns within budget, and report results and next steps to the CEO every month.
• Manage comments and messages across all channels.

What success looks like

• At least 15 pieces of content a month, 10 or more of them short videos.
• Consistent, on-brand posting across every channel.
• An audience and engagement rate that grow month on month.

You’re a strong fit if you have

• 3–8 years running social media for a company or brand, not only personal pages.
• Launched at least one brand’s channels from scratch.
• Strong design skills in Canva, plus Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
• Short-form video editing skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok ad managers.
• Excellent copywriting skills

Nice to have: experience in real estate, hospitality, finance or investment.
