Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant

Bave Design Studio is a Christian agency providing websites, e-commerce solutions and business systems. We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to help us develop our ERP offering, implement systems for clients and train their teams.

You must be based in Lagos and available to visit clients’ offices within Lagos and travel outside Lagos when required.

What you’ll do

• Meet with clients to understand their operations and translate their requirements into ERP workflows.
• Lead implementation, including system configuration, data migration, testing, launch and user onboarding.
• Configure and train users across relevant modules, including POS, inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM, HRM, accounting and reporting.
• Help retail businesses improve stock control, replenishment, returns, reconciliation and multi-branch operations.
• Set up user roles, permissions, approval processes and reports.
• Deliver remote and on-site training for client teams and provide support after implementation.
• Create user guides, training videos and implementation documentation.
• Work with our developers to identify gaps, define improvements and test new features as our platform grows.
• Coordinate with clients’ finance teams on tax settings, VAT calculations, invoicing and reporting requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience implementing ERP systems for businesses, including retail businesses.
• Experience delivering an implementation from requirements gathering through launch and training.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and how ERP modules work together.
• Ability to train both technical and non-technical users clearly and patiently.
• Experience with data migration, system configuration, permissions and troubleshooting.
• Ability to document requirements and collaborate effectively with developers.
• Good organisation, communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Residence in Lagos and availability for client-site visits and occasional travel.

Experience with ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One or comparable platforms is welcome. Experience is not limited to one ERP product.

Knowledge of Nigerian tax and VAT workflows, e-commerce integrations and SaaS platforms will be an advantage.
