Information Technology Operations Specialist

We are on the lookout for an exceptionally skilled and proactive IT Operations Officer to drive technology operations, guarantee continuous system availability, and build seamless technical workflows across our facilities!

In this critical role, you will bridge technical support with operational excellence serving as the primary steward of our internet connectivity and vendor relations, taking charge of CCTV and conference room tech, and collaborating closely with Human Resources to deliver flawless device provisioning and onboarding for every incoming team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Uptime & ISP Relations: Monitor daily internet connectivity, troubleshoot network issues, and manage 3rd-party ISPs to ensure maximum uptime and SLA compliance.
• CCTV & Facility Security: Oversee daily operations of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR units, and feeds; coordinate maintenance and repairs with security vendors.
• AV & Conference Room Support: Maintain and test projectors, displays, and video conferencing systems to ensure zero-downtime meetings.
• Hardware & Office Tech Management: Maintain and resolve issues for network printers, multi-function scanners, and core workplace peripherals.
• HR Onboarding Synergy: Collaborate with HR to provision, configure, and deploy laptops, hardware assets, and user access for new hires.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4+ years in IT Operations, Technical Operations, or Systems Administration.
• Technical Proficiencies: Windows/macOS laptop provisioning, basic networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration), CCTV/NVR monitoring, AV setup, and user management (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Key Attributes: Strong vendor management capabilities, proactive operational mindset, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
