About the Role

You will be the CEO’s right hand, overseeing the entire digital ecosystem. You will not just manage people; you will manage systems—from the Admin Dashboard and integrated bank POS to live delivery dispatch.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the Admin Dashboard “Operations Cockpit” and ensure zero cash discrepancies.
• Lead and schedule Digital Order Takers, Delivery Coordinators, and Inventory staff.
• Resolve real-time operational escalations.
• Optimize the Kitchen Display System (KDS).
• Monitor daily operational reports and escalate risks to management.
• Coordinate shift schedules and peak-hour staffing.
• Support cost control, hygiene, and food safety compliance in daily operations.

What We Need

Essential:

• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant operations, retail management, or logistics.
• Strong proficiency with digital POS systems, ERPs, and basic data reporting.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
• HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic Excel/reporting skills for daily and weekly operational reports.
• Food safety/HACCP awareness or certification (preferred).
• Experience managing shift-based teams in a QSR or restaurant environment.
• Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Strong integrity and accountability for cashless and inventory controls.
