About the Role

A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant is hiring a Professional Storekeeper who is digital and ERP-savvy to manage storekeeping operations, ensure accurate stock records, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate with kitchen and inventory teams.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate digital inventory and store records using ERP.
• Track stock movements and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate stock receiving, issuance, and storage.
• Ensure store accuracy and timely reporting.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances. 
• Prepare stock reports for management.
• Enforce store hygiene, safety, and documentation standards.

What We Need

Essential:

• Digital/ERP proficiency.
• Storekeeping/inventory experience.
• Attention to detail and record accuracy.
• HND/BSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ storekeeping experience (QSR/restaurant experience preferred).
• Specific ERP exposure (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho) preferred.
• Basic Excel/data entry and report-writing skills.
• High integrity and accountability for stock and store assets.
• Availability for shifts and weekend stock counts.
• Food safety/hygiene awareness (preferred).
