About The Role
Support technical, commercial and operational activities across building-material solutions while developing broader business and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build working knowledge of admixtures, waterproofing, repair systems and coatings, and support technical-commercial discussions with customers, contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Assist with product demonstrations, site visits, customer trials, technical documentation and complaint follow-up in coordination with technical personnel.
- Support customer research, presentations, proposals, opportunity tracking and commercial follow-up.
- Analyse customer demand, product availability, delivery performance, sales trends and product or project margins.
- Coordinate actions across sales, operations, technical service, procurement, logistics and finance. Track deadlines and report progress.
- Prepare concise weekly updates, management reports, risk logs and improvement proposals.
- Participate in field, site, factory and cross-functional assignments while following health, safety, environmental, quality, regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Building Technology, Business or a related discipline.
- Typically 3–7 years of progressive experience. Strong candidates outside this range may be considered.
- Familiarity with construction chemicals, admixtures, waterproofing, repair products or coatings is desirable.
- Analytical reasoning, practical execution, customer communication and leadership potential.
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and written-reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and work at customer, project and operational sites.
Strong execution, sound commercial judgement, reliable reporting, customer responsiveness and completion of agreed actions.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time role based in Lagos, with travel to relevant customer, site, factory and operational locations within Nigeria. Candidates should be comfortable with cross-functional assignments and planned rotations.
