Our client is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and processes.
Work closely with executive leadership to drive business strategy.
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational risks.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Optimize resource allocation and cost management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior operational leadership.
Strong background in operations management and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to scale operations and manage complex organizations.
Strong financial and strategic acumen.
