Professional Chauffeur Services

• Safely transport VIP clients, corporate executives, airport passengers, and other customers to their destinations.
• Deliver smooth, comfortable, and professional driving experiences.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and arrive adequately prepared before scheduled pickups.
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with Lagos roads, traffic patterns, airports, hotels, and major business districts.
• Plan routes effectively and adapt to changing traffic conditions.
• Assist passengers with luggage, vehicle entry, and other appropriate hospitality needs.

Luxury Customer Experience

• Maintain a consistently professional appearance, attitude, and manner.
• Welcome customers courteously and respectfully.
• Demonstrate discretion and respect for customers' privacy.
• Maintain a clean, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming vehicle environment.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Respect customers' preferences regarding conversation, music, air conditioning, and personal space.

Vehicle Management and Safety

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain exceptional vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor fuel levels, tire conditions, warning lights, and general vehicle readiness.
• Report defects, accidents, damage, or unusual incidents promptly.
• Follow traffic regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
• Protect company vehicles and equipment from unauthorized use or misuse.

Integrity and Accountability

• Demonstrate honesty in all dealings involving company vehicles, customer belongings, expenses, and operational records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality concerning clients, conversations, locations, and personal information.
• Accurately report assignments, incidents, expenses, and vehicle-related issues.
• Follow company booking, dispatch, and customer-service procedures.
• Never engage in unauthorized bookings or private commercial arrangements involving company customers.

• Valid Nigerian driver's licence appropriate for the vehicles operated.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience; prior executive, corporate, or luxury chauffeur experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, particularly Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ikeja, and airport routes.
• Demonstrated defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to road safety.
• Good spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Ability to use Google Maps, WhatsApp, and smartphone-based navigation and communication tools.
• Strong personal discipline, punctuality, honesty, and reliability.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, early-morning airport transfers, and public holidays where operationally required.
• Ability to provide verifiable employment references and complete appropriate driving-history and background checks.

• Previous experience driving luxury vehicles or transporting senior executives and VIP customers.
• Formal defensive-driving or professional chauffeur training.
• Experience working with corporate transportation, executive travel, hospitality, or premium mobility companies.
• Familiarity with airport meet-and-greet procedures and customer-service standards.
• A proven record of responsible vehicle handling and excellent customer feedback.
