About Us
We are a stealth startup on a mission to revolutionize relationship technology and redefine how people connect, communicate, and build meaningful relationships.
Our goal is to create a world where technology deepens human connection—not replaces it—by blending AI, data, and human-centered design to reimagine the relationship experience.
Having recently launched our product, we are now focused on reaching the right audience, driving adoption, and building sustainable growth.
We are looking for a **Growth Product Manager**—a strategic, data-driven and execution-oriented builder who understands how products grow. Someone who can connect product experience with user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention to ensure we are not just attracting users, but attracting the *right* users and giving them compelling reasons to stay.
Role Overview
As our Growth Product Manager, you will own the growth journey of our product, from identifying our ideal users and understanding their behaviours to developing and executing strategies that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
You will work closely with the founders, product, engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, optimise the user journey, and build repeatable growth systems.
You will be responsible for understanding **who our users are, where to find them, what motivates them, what makes them convert, and what keeps them coming back.**
This role requires someone who thinks beyond marketing campaigns and understands that growth is a product problem as much as it is a distribution problem.
You Will
- Define and refine our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target segments, and user personas using research, behavioural insights, and data.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with the company's product vision and business objectives.
- Identify the most effective channels, platforms, communities, and opportunities to reach our target audience.
- Own the growth funnel across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Identify friction points in the user journey and develop product-led solutions to improve conversion and engagement.
- Design, run, and analyse growth experiments to test assumptions, validate opportunities, and uncover scalable acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and design to build features and experiences that encourage adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Analyse user behaviour, product analytics, and performance metrics to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and optimise referral mechanisms, viral loops, onboarding experiences, and other product-led growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure our positioning, messaging, and distribution strategies resonate with the right audience.
- Establish growth KPIs, track performance, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate to find sustainable ways to grow the product.
Who You Are
- Experienced in Product Management, Growth Product Management, or a similar growth-focused role, ideally within an early-stage startup or consumer technology environment.
- Understand the relationship between product development, user behaviour, distribution, and business growth.
- Skilled at identifying target audiences, defining user segments, and understanding what drives people to adopt and use a product.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret product metrics and turn insights into growth opportunities.
- Experienced in designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and making decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.
- Understand acquisition funnels, activation, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Familiar with product analytics, experimentation tools, and growth frameworks.
- Comfortable working with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Resourceful, curious, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Have a strong understanding of consumer psychology, digital behaviour, and what motivates people to take action.
- Take ownership, move quickly, and are constantly looking for ways to improve product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Audience Definition: Identify our ideal users, define target segments, understand their needs, and develop strategies to reach and attract the right audience.
Acquisition & Distribution: Identify, test, and optimise channels and distribution opportunities that bring qualified users to the product.
Activation & Conversion: Improve the first-time user experience, onboarding journey, and conversion pathways to help users experience the product's value quickly.
Engagement & Retention: Understand what drives repeat usage, identify engagement opportunities, and build product experiences that give users compelling reasons to return.
Experimentation & Optimisation: Develop growth hypotheses, run structured experiments, measure outcomes, and scale what works.
Product-Led Growth: Partner with engineering and design to build growth into the product through referrals, sharing, network effects, and other organic growth mechanisms.
Analytics & Performance: Define growth metrics, monitor product performance, identify opportunities, and use data to inform decisions.
Who This Role Is For
You understand that launching a product is only the beginning. The real challenge is getting it into the hands of the right people, helping them experience its value, and giving them reasons to keep using it.
You are someone who can look at a newly launched product and ask:
- Who exactly should be using this product?
- Where do these people spend their time?
- Why would they choose us over existing alternatives?
- What would make them sign up, complete onboarding, and experience our value?
- What would make them return, engage, and tell others about us?
- How do we turn early traction into sustainable growth?
You enjoy combining product thinking, data, experimentation, and consumer psychology to solve growth challenges.
You don't just want to acquire more users; you want to understand which users matter, what drives their behaviour, and how to build a product that grows because people genuinely find value in it.
This is an **equity-compensated early-stage opportunity** for someone who wants to take significant ownership of the company's growth journey, work closely with the founders, and help turn an early-stage product into a product people actively seek out, use, and recommend.
If you're excited about building growth from the ground up and helping shape the future of relationships through technology.
we'd love to hear from you.
