About The Role
We are hiring a General Manager to run restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Reports to the Owner
Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Own budgets, sales targets, and food and labor costs
- Maintain food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and lead the team
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian health, safety, and labor regulations
- 7+ years in restaurants, including 3+ as GM or Restaurant Manager
- Proven sales growth and cost control
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent English; Arabic and French a plus
- POS and inventory system experience
USD 2,000 – 2,500 per month
